YOUR MISSIONS

Prepare, slice, and package a wide range of deli products
Carry out product processing operations while respecting artisanal traditions
Ensure a neat and appetizing presentation of the counter, as well as the freshness and rotation of products
Slice, pack, and label products in compliance with current standards
Respect hygiene, food safety, and traceability rules
Maintain a clean, organized, and pleasant workspace
Welcome customers with courtesy and professionalism, even during peak periods
Participate more broadly in the proper maintenance and operation of the department

The profile we're looking for

PROFILE SOUGHT

You have significant experience as a deli specialist

Technical skills

Proficiency in slicing and using professional tools (knives, slicer, etc.)

Knowledge of deli products: hams, pâtés, sausages, roasts, etc.

Your assets

You enjoy customer contact and have a sense of service and advice
You are rigorous, dynamic, and autonomous
You master hygiene and food safety rules
