The role
The ACTUAL recruitment firm is looking for a Boilermaking Production Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI) for its client.
Position based near Pont du Château (63).
You will join an industrial company specializing in large-scale boilermaking and machining for major clients in the aeronautics, space, energy, and industrial sectors (such as ArianeGroup, Michelin, EDF, or Airbus).
Reporting to Management, you are responsible for the operational and human performance of the boilermaking workshop.
Your main mission is to manage the execution of the workload plan to ensure the delivery of our products in strict compliance with deadlines (OTD), quantity, safety, and quality objectives.
As a true field leader, you orchestrate human and technical resources to turn our industrial objectives into daily successes.
Your main missions
Performance management and Planning
- Organize the scheduling and operational planning of work across all production resources
- Manage the workshop's responsiveness to unforeseen events (breakdowns, absences, client emergencies) to maintain overall efficiency and the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Manage manufacturing, logistics, and maintenance processes within the company's quality system
Management and Team Leadership
- Lead, supervise, and manage production teams on a daily basis to develop cohesion and performance
- Support the skills development of your employees and ensure a constructive social climate.
Safety, Quality, and Environment
- Guarantee absolute compliance with safety, hygiene, environmental, and cleanliness instructions in the field
- Promote the 5S approach within the workshop to maintain a healthy, orderly, and secure work environment.
Remuneration according to profile between 45K€ and 53K€
The profile we're looking for
Your profile
- Significant and successful experience in production team management in the metallurgy environment, within a boilermaking workshop
- Solid technical expertise in the field of boilermaking, mechanical welding, or metalworking
- Assertive leadership, ability to anticipate unforeseen events, and a culture of results (OTD, OEE indicators).
