ACTUAL EXPERTS GRANDE DISTRIBUTION Paris is a subsidiary of the Actual group. We are experts in recruiting profiles for food trades. We are looking for a Charcutier (M/F) for our client located in the 95 department near Argenteuil.

For the end-of-year holidays, we are recruiting to strengthen our client's teams during this festive period!

YOUR MISSIONS:

• Prepare, cut, and package a wide range of charcuterie: hams, roasts, sausages, pâtés, etc.,
• Carry out product transformation operations while respecting artisanal traditions,
• Guarantee a neat and appetizing presentation of the display, as well as the freshness and rotation of products,
• Participate in stocking and selling cheese at the counter,
• Advise and accompany customers according to their tastes, needs, and consumption occasions,
• Cut, pack, and label products in compliance with current standards,
• Respect hygiene, food safety, and traceability rules,
• Maintain a clean, organized, and pleasant workspace,
• Welcome customers with courtesy and professionalism, even during periods of high traffic,
• Participate more broadly in the proper maintenance and operation of the department. Job information:

Contract type: Temp

Hourly rate: 12.5€ + Travel allowance Mobility: As part of your missions, you may be required to work in different stores depending on business needs.

Profile sought:

• You have significant experience as a charcutier (M/F),
• You have experience in selling fresh products, particularly in cheese shops.

Technical skills:

• Mastery of slicing and the use of professional tools (knives, slicer, etc.),
• Knowledge of charcuterie products: hams, pâtés, sausages, roasts, etc,
• Mastery of sales at the cheese counter: cutting, weighing, packaging, and labeling,

Your assets:

• You enjoy customer contact and have a sense of service and advice,
• You are rigorous, dynamic, and autonomous,
• You master hygiene and food safety rules.
