## **The role**
**ACTUAL EXPERTS GRANDE DISTRIBUTION Paris** is a subsidiary of the Actual group. We are experts in recruiting profiles for food trades. We are looking for **a Charcutier (M/F)** for our client located in the 95 department near Argenteuil.
**For the end-of-year holidays, we are recruiting to strengthen our client's teams during this festive period!**
### YOUR MISSIONS:
- Prepare, cut, and package a wide range of charcuterie: hams, roasts, sausages, pâtés, etc.,
- Carry out product transformation operations while respecting artisanal traditions,
- Guarantee a neat and appetizing presentation of the display, as well as the freshness and rotation of products,
- Participate in stocking and selling cheese at the counter,
- Advise and accompany customers according to their tastes, needs, and consumption occasions,
- Cut, pack, and label products in compliance with current standards,
- Respect hygiene, food safety, and traceability rules,
- Maintain a clean, organized, and pleasant workspace,
- Welcome customers with courtesy and professionalism, even during periods of high traffic,
- Participate more broadly in the proper maintenance and operation of the department. **Job information:**
### **Contract type**: Temp
**Hourly rate**: 12.5€ + Travel allowance **Mobility**: As part of your missions, you may be required to work in different stores depending on business needs.

## **The profile we're looking for**
### Profile sought:
- You have significant experience as a charcutier (M/F),
- You have experience in selling fresh products, particularly in cheese shops.
### Technical skills:
- Mastery of slicing and the use of professional tools (knives, slicer, etc.),
- Knowledge of charcuterie products: hams, pâtés, sausages, roasts, etc,
- Mastery of sales at the cheese counter: cutting, weighing, packaging, and labeling,
### Your assets:
- You enjoy customer contact and have a sense of service and advice,
- You are rigorous, dynamic, and autonomous,
- You master hygiene and food safety rules.
