The role
Actual Orléans BTP is looking for a Tiler (M/F) on behalf of its recognized client specializing in finishing works based in Orléans.
Reporting to the site manager, you will work on new or renovation projects (collective housing, private homes, tertiary premises). Your main missions will be:
Prepare surfaces for installation (cleaning, leveling, applying primer, implementing waterproofing systems under tiles SPEC/SEL). Perform precise layout and marking according to execution plans. Cut tiles, earthenware, and baseboards with precision (tile cutter, water saw, grinder, 45° miter cuts, and hole saw drilling). Install glued or sealed coverings on floors and walls (porcelain stoneware, earthenware, mosaic, large formats). Perform grouting (cement, water-repellent, epoxy joints) as well as silicone sealant finishing. Ensure end-of-site cleaning (removal of cement veils) and maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
Remuneration and benefits: According to profile (hourly rate + 10% IFM + 10% ICP) + meal vouchers + travel/transport allowances according to scale + Actual agency benefits (paid CET savings account, health insurance, FASTT).
The profile we're looking for
Holder of a CAP/BEP or Bac Pro in Tiling/Mosaic (or equivalent), you have a successful experience of at least 2 to 3 years in a similar position.
You master the rules of the trade, current DTU standards, and modern installation techniques.
Beyond your technical skills, you are recognized for your rigor, meticulousness, and sense of aesthetic detail.
You work cleanly, consistently, and with complete autonomy on site. Respecting safety instructions (wearing PPE) is a priority for you.
