The role

The Actual agency in Carquefou is looking for an Industrial Baker (M/F) in Malville (44260).

Your main missions

Within the production team, you will ensure the preparation and organization of the workstation, including weighing raw materials. You will work on the dough: weighing on a volumetric divider, kneading, shaping, and laminating. You will also manage the proofing stages, as well as loading and unloading the products. Finally, you will guarantee quality by performing a permanent visual and sensory check, while strictly respecting hygiene and safety standards.

Working conditions

You will work from Monday to Friday, with varied hours (night, morning, or regular day shift from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.), with occasional work on Saturdays in December. The workday is 8 hours, including a 30-minute paid break.
