- Master kneading, shaping, fermentation and baking
- Create seasonal products with a touch of creativity,
- Ensure the quality and presentation of products,
- Participate in window display and customer advice,
- Manage raw materials and stocks
- Respect hygiene standards

You hold a CAP in Bakery and have proven experience.
Technical skills
