Job offer : Autoclave Operator (M/F)

Your mission

We are recruiting an Autoclave Operator (M/F) in the Binic area.

You will be responsible for preparing and monitoring sterilization or product treatment operations in an autoclave, in accordance with established procedures.

Your main tasks will be:

• Prepare products and equipment before they go into the autoclave;
• Load and unload the autoclaves in accordance with safety procedures;
• Select and apply the treatment programs adapted to the products;
• Monitor the progress of the cycles and check operating parameters;
• Verify the results of the operations performed;
• Report any anomaly or deviation observed during the cycle;
• Fill in the tracking documents and ensure the traceability of operations;
• Perform cleaning operations and routine maintenance of the workstation;
• Comply with the quality, hygiene and safety procedures in force.

This position involves handling loads, using industrial equipment and complying with precise procedures related to the operation of autoclaves.

Your profile

Previous experience in industrial production, equipment operation, or in an environment subject to manufacturing procedures is appreciated.

You are able to:

• Read and apply production instructions and procedures;
• Use industrial equipment in accordance with instructions;
• Monitor and control the progress of a production cycle;
• Perform checks and record the parameters necessary for monitoring operations;
• Fill in traceability documents;
• Comply with hygiene, quality and safety rules.

Training or experience in the field of industrial production is an asset for this position.

Training on equipment operation and specific position procedures may be provided upon taking up the position.
