The role
The position
As a Head Butcher (M/F) you will be in charge of
- Managing and recruiting your team
- Developing the turnover of your department
- Receiving, cutting, and preparing raw products
- Managing the workspace
- Welcoming, advising, selling to, and retaining customers

The profile we're looking for
Required skills
- Previous experience in a similar position, CAP Boucherie
- Ability to work in a team, in a fast-paced environment
- Mastery of different cutting, preparation, and product presentation techniques
- Respect for Hygiene and Food Safety
- Good interpersonal skills, soft skills, and professional conduct
- Ability to manage a team
