The role
We are looking for an HR Assistant in a temp agency (M/F) to join our dynamic team at the ACTUAL Banque agency located in Puteaux (92)
As a true pillar of the agency, you will ensure proper administrative management and follow-up of temporary workers and clients, in close collaboration with the recruitment team and the agency manager.
Your missions
- Physical and telephone reception
- Welcome temporary workers, clients, and prospects to the agency
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls while ensuring quality service
- Administrative management of temporary workers
- Create and update administrative files for temporary workers (DPAE, contracts, mandatory documents, medical visits, etc.)
- Draft and transmit mission and assignment contracts
- Track timesheets and ensure the entry of variable payroll elements
- Manage advances, absences, work stoppages, and work accident declarations
- Mission follow-up and temporary worker relations
- Ensure administrative follow-up of ongoing missions
- Inform temporary workers about their rights, duties, and working conditions
- Participate in the loyalty of temporary workers through regular follow-up and active listening
- Support for commercial management
- Handle simple order taking and follow-up on client needs
- Participate in updating client and temporary worker databases
- Provide regular reporting of your activity to the agency manager

Profile sought
With a background in assistance, management, or HR, you ideally have initial experience in a temp agency or in a dynamic administrative environment.
Organized, rigorous, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy versatility and are comfortable managing priorities. You master office tools and have a real sense of service.
