The role

The Actual agency in Carquefou is looking for a dynamic Logistics Administrative Assistant (M/F) to strengthen its teams in Saint-Herblain. As part of a 27-day assignment, you will play a key role within our organization.

Your main missions

You will be in charge of the administrative management of purchase orders, stock monitoring for 5 to 6 references, as well as coordination with drivers. Your versatility will be a major asset, as you will also provide active support in order preparation and pallet handling, including in the freezing zone.

Your profile

Ideally, you have initial experience in logistics. Holding the CACES R485 category 2 is mandatory. You are recognized for your oral fluency, communication skills, and responsiveness in the field.

Practical information

The position is to be filled from November 23, 2026 to December 29, 2026. You will work on a 35-hour per week basis with daytime hours (7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, then 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM). The hourly rate is set at 12.69 euros.

The profile we're looking for

To fill the position of Logistics Administrative Assistant, we are looking for a person with a keen sense of organization and great rigor in processing document flows.

The ideal candidate ideally has a first successful experience in the logistics or transport sector, allowing them to master the challenges of order and stock tracking.

Operational mastery of office tools, particularly the Office Suite and ideally management software (ERP/WMS), is essential to successfully carry out your missions.

Endowed with an excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills, you know how to communicate effectively with the various departments of the company and carriers.

A Bac+2 level education in logistics or administrative management is highly recommended to quickly grasp the specifics of your work environment.
