Sales Administration Assistant (M/F)

Your missions will be as follows

Reporting to the director and integrated into a team of about fifteen employees specializing in plant trade, you will work in pairs to ensure the administrative management of sales and the monitoring of farmer client files. In this capacity, your missions are as follows: Preparation of dashboards and sales analysis, Construction of supply plans, Entry and monitoring of supplier and client orders, up to invoicing, Stock monitoring by product family, Management of client complaints: registration, processing or transmission, Management of the item database and prices. Be the administrative and operational support for field technicians.

PROFILE: You have training in commercial management and several years of experience in sales administration. Customer satisfaction oriented, you are recognized for your rigor, your organization, and your management of priorities. You enjoy working in a team. You perfectly master computer tools (Office pack). Knowledge in the agricultural field and more particularly in the plant sector would be highly appreciated.
