Job offer : Sales Assistant (M/F)

The ACTUAL agency in Cholet is recruiting an After-Sales Commercial Assistant (M/F) for one of its clients.

Supporting the sales department, your missions are as follows

• Receive, analyze, and qualify simple after-sales requests and accessory requests using a reference system
• Inform and advise customers on delivered products (incoming and outgoing calls, emails, or letters)
• Advise the customer on the after-sales request process (after-sales application, warranty limitations)
• Process spare parts orders
• Provide an adapted and standardized customer response using operating procedures
• Draft and follow up on paid quotes
• Trigger remanufacturing requests and issue customer credit notes within authorized limits
• Inform the customer about the progress of their file (delay reports, propose interim solutions)
• Detect and report recurring after-sales requests and/or propose solutions for continuous improvement

The full-time position is based in Cholet and requires knowledge of joinery
