The role
Do you want to join a dynamic team in the Achards area? The Ergos Actual insertion agency is looking for a Construction Assistant (M/F) for a short-term assignment.
As part of this position, you will assist the masons on site.
Your main tasks will be
supplying the concrete mixer, making concrete, transporting it by wheelbarrow, as well as cleaning tools and the site to ensure a clean and safe workspace.
Assignment details
The contract is scheduled for a duration of 9 days, from November 9, 2026 to November 21, 2026. You will work on a basis of 35 hours per week.
The remuneration is set at €12.31 gross per hour.

The profile we're looking for
To fill the position of Construction Assistant (M/F), we are looking for a dynamic and motivated person, capable of contributing effectively to construction work on our sites. You ideally have a Level V qualification
- BEP/CAP or equivalent, ensuring a good understanding of the basics of the trade.
The ideal candidate has professional experience of between 1 to 2 years in the building sector, which allows you to be operational quickly.
You demonstrate a real aptitude for teamwork and a rigorous respect for the safety instructions in force on construction sites.
