Job offer : Maintenance technician (M/F)

LEADER is looking for a Maintenance Agent (M/F) for one of its clients specializing in the agri-food industry based in Loué (72).

You will be in charge of ensuring the maintenance of equipment in compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental rules.

Your main missions are

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment (e.g., greasing wheels and machines, dismantling/reassembling blades, checking belt centering)
• Assist the maintenance technician with certain corrective interventions and various tasks
• Maintain the site's buildings
• Plan the equipment and tools necessary to carry out maintenance tasks
• Report observed anomalies to your manager: anomalies that could generate breakdowns or impact quality and safety
• Carry out prescribed tasks while respecting deadlines, hygiene, safety, and environmental rules
• Update the IT tool (COSWIN) with the tasks performed.

You will be required to work day shifts.

For the position of Maintenance Agent (M/F), we are looking for a candidate with an education level corresponding to a professional Baccalaureate, or equivalent in maintenance.

This position requires solid technical skills and the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
