## **What if my pace changes?**

Your level remains secured for 12 months, no matter what. Upon expiry, your new status will correspond to your hours over the last 12 months. If you stop working completely for 12 months, you start back at the Member level. If you start again, you move back up as normal.

## **Reach the Platinum level twice, and Diamond status is yours.**

For life. \* It is then maintained as long as you work 500 hours per year.

## **Track your progress**

Your level and benefits are visible at any time in the my actual app.
