Job offer : Agricultural Vehicle Technician (M/F)

Our client, an agricultural cooperative with 360 employees dedicated to supporting its farmer members throughout the Lorraine region, is looking for an Agricultural Vehicle Technician (M/F) for a CDI position as part of its development. The position is located near Etain.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will work within a dynamic, caring, and highly professional team.

Your missions will be as follows:

• Ensure the assembly, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Ensure relationships with farmer members and provide them with advice
• Depending on your profile and preference, you will have the choice to occupy this position in the workshop or in the field (in this case, the scope of intervention remains departmental, without overnight stays).

Indicative remuneration:

• 26,000 to 34,000 euros gross / year, negotiable according to profile and experience.
• Profit-sharing (which corresponds to a 13th month)

Profile sought:

• With a technical background, you are a beginner or experienced and can justify a first successful experience as a mechanical technician on agricultural machinery or in a related sector (mechanical work on construction, forestry, or heavy goods vehicles)
• You have very good interpersonal skills that will allow you to build loyalty among members and work in a team.
• Knowledge of the agricultural sector is an asset but not mandatory.

An integration and training period is planned upon your arrival.
