Mobile Construction Equipment Service Technician (M/F)

The role

Contract Type: CDI Location: Based in Île-de-France (IDF) | National Mobility (Overnight stays to be expected). The Essentials of the Position: Join a major dealer of premium brands and an internationally renowned player in a niche technical sector. As a Mobile Service Technician, you are the technical ambassador of the company in the field. You ensure the diagnosis and repair of state-of-the-art equipment (construction/drilling machinery), combining technical expertise and customer service skills. International missions are also possible. Your Main Missions:

Versatile Technical Intervention: Diagnose breakdowns and repair equipment on the client site (skills in hydraulics, electricity, mechanics required).
Maintenance and Commissioning: Carry out necessary maintenance operations (preventive and curative) to put the machine back into service.
Control and Safety: Ensure safety and compliance checks of equipment (operation, wear, etc.).

Reporting: Write intervention reports to ensure administrative follow-up and invoicing. Customer Relations: Promote additional products and services (spare parts, contracts, training).

The profile we're looking for

Profile Sought

Training: From a technical background in construction machinery mechanics, heavy goods vehicles, or agricultural machinery.
Essential Technical Skills: Mastery of hydraulics, mechanics, electricity, and welding.
Personal Qualities:
Autonomy, rigor, and punctuality.
Excellent sense of customer service.
Strong sensitivity to compliance with safety rules on construction sites.
