Itinerant Automatic Door Technician (M/F)

The role

The Essentials of the Position

Join an international company recognized for the quality of its products in the field of high-end access solutions (automatic doors, security airlocks, access control). As a Commissioning Technician, you will work on highly technical sites throughout France. You are the guarantor of the installation, configuration, and compliance of the equipment.

Your Main Missions

Installation and Commissioning

Ensure the complete installation of equipment (revolving doors, airlocks, gates...) according to quality standards.

Perform adjustments, settings, and software updates.

Carry out functional tests and safety checks before handover to the client.

Coordination and Follow-up

Ensure fluid communication with the project manager, after-sales service, and the client.

Occasionally supervise a junior technician or a subcontractor on complex interventions.

Quality and Reporting

Write installation reports (photos, descriptions, non-conformities).

Comply with applicable standards (EN16005, site safety).

The profile we're looking for

Profile Sought

Education: Bac+2 (BTS/DUT) in Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Automation, or Maintenance.

Experience: You have 3 to 5 years minimum in a similar position (installation/commissioning of automatic doors, elevators, or industrial closures).

Technical Skills

Mastery of electromechanical systems and automation principles.

Reading of plans and electrical diagrams.

Skills in software parameterization and measuring devices.

A level of technical English is appreciated (manuals).

Personal Qualities: Autonomy (regular travel), rigor, excellent customer relations, and reliability.

Mobility: Driving license B mandatory. Regular travel throughout France (overnight stays possible, approx. 1 week max, 1 to 2 times/quarter).
