ACTUAL is currently looking for a Maintenance Technician (M/F) to join our team in ARBOIS 39600 FR.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the corrective, preventive, and conditional maintenance of the site's equipment and utilities. Your main tasks include proposing solutions to optimize machine safety and performance, using and updating technical data in the CMMS, providing technical support to production teams, and improving the efficiency of the maintenance department.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in complying with environmental, health, and safety rules at work, including well-being at work. You will need to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental standards applicable on the site, in addition to wearing mandatory protective equipment.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician (M/F) with an education level equivalent to a Level IV Title

Baccalaureate in technical fields. The ideal candidate should also have 1 to 2 years of professional experience in the field of maintenance.

The technical skills required for this position include a good knowledge of industrial equipment, skills in electricity, mechanics, and hydraulics, as well as a proven ability to diagnose and solve technical problems.

The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently while being a good communicator within a team. Rigor, method, and a sense of priorities are essential qualities for success in this demanding position.

Adaptability, stress resistance, as well as good analytical and synthesis skills are major assets for this role. The willingness to learn and undergo continuous training is also highly appreciated.
