Job offer : HVAC Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Our team of experts specializing in construction is recruiting/searching for its client, specialized in the maintenance of heating and air conditioning equipment, a Heating Maintenance Technician (M/F) for a 6-month interim contract in Angers.

Start date: ASAP

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

• Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting of collective boiler installations (small and medium power) in gas, fuel, solar, heat pumps
• Checking the operation of installations
• Replacement of parts
• Interventions at private homes, professional premises, and social housing

You have a BAC+2 level education in HVAC or maintenance of energy and climate systems. You have 2 years of experience in the maintenance of heating/air conditioning equipment.

Expected skills: fault diagnosis, reading electrical, hydraulic, and aeraulic diagrams.

Personal qualities: team spirit, rigor, organization, interpersonal skills.

• Proposed remuneration: 25-27K€ depending on profile
• Benefits: 13th month, seniority bonus, lunch card, commercial bonuses, service vehicle, CSE
• Hours: 38h15 per week (entitles to RTT)
• On-call duty: to be expected
