HVAC Maintenance Technician (M/F)

The role

Our building-specialized team is supporting its client, specialized in construction, maintenance, and energy performance, in the recruitment of their future HVAC Maintenance Technician (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI).

Start date: as soon as possible
Location: South Nantes

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

Preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance
Fault diagnosis
Interventions on air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems
Tertiary buildings

The profile we're looking for

You have a BAC +2 level education in the HVAC field and approximately 5 years of experience in the tertiary sector.

Expected skills: maintenance of HVAC systems
Personal qualities: interpersonal skills, rigor, organization
Travel: daily
Proposed remuneration: 13-16€/h
