The role
Your missions
Technical interventions
- Install, maintain, and repair dilution systems and dispensers (laundry & dishwashing)
- Guarantee the quality, reliability, and aesthetics of the installations
- Ensure the settings and proper functioning of the equipment with complete autonomy
Organization and preparation
- Plan and optimize your routes via the CRM
- Prepare your equipment and manage your spare parts stock: the exact quantity of dispensers, dilution systems, dishwashing and laundry dosing systems, and consumables useful for the proper completion of the task entrusted to you.
- Ensure the sufficient presence in your vehicle of spare parts for the completion of these repair and maintenance interventions on dilution systems and dishwashing and laundry dosing systems.
Monitoring and traceability
- Write intervention reports and ensure their compliance
- Guarantee the traceability of actions and customer satisfaction
- Report anomalies and contribute to continuous improvement
Technical support and business development
- Support sales teams during technical audits
- Analyze customer needs and propose adapted solutions
- Identify business development opportunities
Geographic area
From Troyes to Mulhouse
Customer environment
- Mainly health sector
- Occasional interventions in industrial environments
The profile we're looking for
Your profile
- Technical training (maintenance, electrotechnics, or equivalent)
- Experience in system installation and technical equipment maintenance
- Good knowledge of electricity and machine installation
- Knowledge of applied chemistry (detergent, booster, softener)
- Ability to perform profitability calculations and analyze performance
- Commercial sensitivity with a business flair (internal training possible)
- Autonomy, rigor, and customer service orientation
- Good interpersonal skills and field analysis capacity
- Driving license B essential (frequent travel, overnight stays possible)
