Actual Talent Lille is looking for its client for a Helpdesk Technician (M/F) for a temporary assignment of several months in Lille with a permanent contract (CDI) as a potential outcome.

Missions

• Taking user calls
• Managing user requests by email
• Remote resolution of Level 1-2 incidents
• Ticket management

We are looking for an autonomous, dynamic candidate who is comfortable with telephone or direct interactions with users. You know how to manage your stress and are capable of working in a constantly evolving environment.
