HVAC Operations Technician (M/F)

The role

Our building-specialized team is supporting our client, an HVAC specialist, in the recruitment of their future HVAC Operations Technician (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI).

Quick start

Your missions

Ensure the proper functioning of installations distributed across your portfolio (collective boiler rooms)
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as the operation of installations
Ensure the quality of interventions and customer satisfaction
Represent the company's image to clients
Participate in energy management and the energy optimization of buildings
Record activities in the provided IT tools (CMMS)
Comply with safety rules and contractual commitments
Intervention on collective boiler rooms for local authorities, industrial clients, and collective and private housing professionals.

The profile we're looking for

Training or experience in HVAC, electrotechnics, thermal engineering, or similar
Customer service orientation, autonomy, rigor
Ability to work in a team and commit to a company with strong human values
Start date: as soon as possible
Proposed remuneration: 30-40k€ depending on profile
Location: Rennes (35)
Contract type: CDI
Benefits: 13th month; bonuses; RTT; company vehicle; meal vouchers
