Industrial Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Actual Talent is looking for high-potential profiles to support its industrial partners in the Île-de-France region. As a Maintenance Technician (M/F), you will be the strong link in production, ensuring the reliability and performance of industrial tools within varied environments (Pharma, Food Industry, Mechanics, etc.).

Your Main Missions

Operational Maintenance: Ensure preventive and curative maintenance of production lines and industrial equipment.

Expert Diagnosis: Analyze breakdowns and intervene on multi-technical issues: electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation.

Continuous Improvement: Propose technical solutions to optimize machines, reduce downtime, and improve safety.

Monitoring: Log interventions via CMMS tools and participate in updating technical files.

The profile we're looking for

Profile Sought

Education: You hold at least a Bac+2 degree (BTS MS/MI, BTS CRSA, BTS Electrotechnics, or DUT GIM).

Key Skills

Reading plans and diagrams (electrical/mechanical).

Fast and accurate breakdown diagnosis.

Knowledge of automation (Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell) is a major asset for our clients.

Soft Skills: You are curious, rigorous, and have a strong team spirit. Your sense of service and your autonomy are your best assets to integrate quickly with our clients.
