Contract: CDI Full-time

Remuneration: Attractive salary package: €30,000 to €32,000 gross/year paid over 13.5 months (includes a 1.5-month annual performance bonus).

Your Missions In the heart of a highly mechanized logistics site, you guarantee the availability and performance of production tools:
Industrial Maintenance & Continuous Improvement

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations on the entire machine fleet.

Diagnose breakdowns, analyze failures, and deploy sustainable corrective actions.

Propose technical optimizations to ensure the reliability of production tools and secure rates/deadlines.

Raise awareness and train operational teams on the proper use and first-level maintenance of equipment.

Actively participate in the continuous improvement process and relay the changes desired by the client.

Mechanized & Automated Systems Expertise

Ensure the monitoring and maintenance of automated picking stations.

Intervene on conveyor lines, identify malfunctions, and regulate flow.

Maintain packaging and wrapping equipment in operational condition.

The profile we're looking for

Beyond your technical skills, it is your dynamism, team spirit, and technical curiosity that will make the difference!

Education: Bac+2 / Bac+3 in Industrial Maintenance, Electrotechnics, Mechanics, or Industrial Engineering (GIM, BTS MS, etc.).

Experience: First successful experience of at least 1 year on an industrial or mechanized logistics site.

Technical skills

Good command of interventions on conveyor systems.

Knowledge of an OSR-type shuttle system and carton formers/sealers is a major asset.

Comfort with IT tools (CMMS, reporting tools).

Soft skills: Methodological rigor, strict compliance with QHSE rules, proactivity, communication skills, and good management of priorities in the face of unforeseen events.
