Job offer : Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Join an industrial company as a Maintenance Technician and become the guarantor of keeping production lines running. You will work autonomously within the factory, understanding the challenges of the industrial process. You will limit machine downtime by acting with responsiveness and method. Your Main Missions: Preventive and Curative Maintenance: Carry out maintenance and preventive maintenance according to a set schedule to avoid production stoppages. Perform a methodical diagnosis to analyze and resolve breakdowns. Adjust and maintain technical maintenance elements (hydraulic, pneumatic) and replace electrotechnical components. Prioritize interventions in connection with Team Leaders according to the impact on production. Locate and evaluate wear or drift using measuring devices. Support and Management Function: Advise Operators and Adjusters on the optimal use of machines and tools. Participate in the management of maintenance stock (spare parts and consumables). Working conditions: Work organized in a 3x8 rhythm (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am). Strict compliance with factory safety rules.

Education: You must hold a Bac+2 level qualification (BTS or DUT type in electromechanics or industrial maintenance).

Experience: You have 2 years of successful experience in a similar position (Maintenance Technician).

Technical Skills: Solid structural and functional knowledge of equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic). Proficiency in reading diagrams, plans, or technical files. Ability to delegate 1st level interventions (oil changes, greasing, etc.). Soft Skills: You possess a good logical mind in constructing your diagnoses. You demonstrate great autonomy and are recognized for your good team spirit and interpersonal skills.
