Job offer : Maintenance Technician 3x8 shift (M/F)

Our team of experts specializing in industrial trades is recruiting for its client, a major player in the agri-food industry, a Maintenance Technician 3x8 shift (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI) in the Rennes (35) area.

Start date: As soon as possible

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations on industrial equipment in the UHT workshop;
• Ensure maintenance of TetraPak installations, overpackaging, palletizing, and storage equipment;
• Diagnose and analyze breakdowns in collaboration with line operators;
• Guarantee the proper functioning of equipment throughout production;
• Participate in the commissioning of new equipment;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and working conditions;
• Be proactive in optimizing existing equipment;
• Ensure follow-up of interventions via CMMS and management of spare parts;
• Comply with site hygiene, quality, and safety rules.

You have a technical background in industrial maintenance or significant experience in an industrial environment.

Expected skills: Industrial maintenance, electrotechnics, mechanics, pneumatics, automation.

Personal qualities: Rigor, responsiveness, autonomy, team spirit, organizational skills, analytical capacity, and proactivity.

Proposed remuneration: 36 K€ gross annual over 13 months depending on profile.
