Job offer : HVAC Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Your missions

Directly reporting to the Business Manager and working in pairs with a Multi-technical Technician, you are the technical lead of the site and the face of our company to the client.

Your daily challenges will be

• Referent & Preferred Interlocutor: You are the client's central point of contact. You manage the schedule, process requests, and actively participate in follow-up meetings.
• HVAC Technical Expert: You lead the diagnosis, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of heating, air conditioning, and air handling installations (AHU, chilled water groups, boilers, etc.).
• Monitoring & Digital: You ensure rigorous reporting and update reports via our CMMS tools.
• Safety Culture: You guarantee the absolute safety of each intervention, for yourself, your partner, and the site users.

Your profile to make a difference!

• You are a field professional recognized for your expertise and your technical leadership posture.
• Training & Experience: With technical training in Climate Engineering / HVAC, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Background: You have already successfully held a position as a Lead Technician or Site Manager.
