HVAC Maintenance Technician (M/F)

The role

Attached to our maintenance agency, you will independently ensure preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of climate engineering and aeraulic installations on tertiary or industrial sites.

Your main missions

Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Ensure preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on all HVAC equipment (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, AHU, cooling units, boilers).

Diagnostic & Analysis: Identify the origin of electrical, hydraulic, or aeraulic breakdowns and carry out repairs in compliance with safety rules.

Adjustments & Optimization: Adjust regulation parameters to ensure user comfort and energy performance of the installations.

Follow-up & Customer Relations: Write intervention reports, report improvement needs, and ensure a relationship of trust with the client.

The profile we're looking for

Training & Experience: Bac to Bac+2 level in Climate Engineering / HVAC (such as a BTS FED), you have a first successful experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar position.

Technical skills: Mastery of HVAC equipment, regulation, and refrigeration circuits. Refrigerant handling certificate and electrical authorizations desired.

Soft skills: Autonomy, rigor, responsiveness, and good customer relations.

Driving license B: Mandatory for itinerant or on-site travel.
