Job offer : Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Actual is looking for a Maintenance Technician (M/F) for one of its clients in Pont-Sainte-Maxence (60700).

Your main missions will be as follows

Maintenance of premises and exteriors: You will ensure the cleanliness of the site according to a defined schedule, monitor the daily operation of machines, report anomalies, and ensure the maintenance of the technical room. You will also be in charge of health monitoring of the premises.

Management of consumption and waste: You will ensure the monitoring of supplies and manage the weekly disposal of household waste for collection.

Profile sought

You have a first successful experience in the field of maintenance. You are recognized for your curiosity, your autonomy, and your sense of organization.

Additional information

The position is to be filled from October 13, 2026. You will work on a basis of 35 hours per week, with daytime hours from 08:30 to 16:30. If you are ready to commit for the long term, this position is for you!

The ideal candidate ideally possesses significant experience in technical maintenance, allowing them to intervene with autonomy and responsiveness on site.

Endowed with an analytical mind, you master the essential technical gestures related to the preventive and corrective maintenance of installations.

A qualification at the CAP, BEP, or Bac Pro level in industrial maintenance or electrotechnics is a decisive asset for succeeding in your missions.
