The role

You will work on air/water and air/air heat pump installations, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Your missions

Supervise, develop skills, and grow the field team; Install heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment (heat pumps, reversible air conditioning, VMC, etc.).
Carry out the installation of networks, connections, and associated equipment.
Perform adjustments, commissioning, and functional tests.
Ensure troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of installations.
Diagnose breakdowns and propose adapted solutions.
Comply with safety standards, current regulations, and quality requirements.
Contribute to the energy performance of installations and to our customer satisfaction.

The profile we're looking for

BTS degree in climate engineering, thermal installations, or equivalent.

Desired experience in installing heating (heat pump) and air conditioning systems (5-10 years).
Certificate of aptitude for handling refrigerants.
Driving license B essential.
You are autonomous, rigorous, organized, and enjoy teamwork.
