Job offer : Heating and Air Conditioning Technician (M/F)

Presentation: Position available on a permanent contract (CDI) within a family business specializing in climate engineering, heating, and sanitary systems, located in the Trois Frontières / Sundgau area. Recognized for its expertise and the quality of its services to a high-end and demanding clientele, the company benefits from excellent momentum and a very full order book.

Reporting directly to the manager and integrated into a human-sized field team (3 experienced technicians, apprentices, and assistants), you will work independently and/or in pairs on exclusively local sites (no overnight stays, no travel to Switzerland). You will join a friendly structure that values team cohesion and the quality of work accomplished.

Missions:

• Ensure the installation, connection, and commissioning of heating equipment (De Dietrich, Vaillant, Chappée brands).
• Carry out the installation of air/water and air/air heat pumps (PAC) (Mitsubishi, De Dietrich brands).
• Install air conditioning systems (De Dietrich, Mitsubishi, Gree brands).
• Install water softeners (BWT range).
• Intervene occasionally on complete turnkey bathroom renovation sites.
• Ensure the clean and orderly maintenance of sites as well as strict compliance with safety rules.
• Represent the company with professionalism to clients (advice, listening, and service quality).
• Enter and track intervention reports on a digital tablet.

Profile sought:

• Training in climate engineering / plumbing-heating or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in heating, heat pump, and air conditioning installation, with a stable professional background.
• Mastery of installation and connection techniques for heating and air conditioning equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, neat presentation, sense of customer service, and ease of communication.
• Rigor, method, autonomy, and good team spirit.
• Driving license B essential (service vehicle provided).

• Contract type: Full-time CDI
• Location: Trois Frontières / Sundgau sector (local interventions, no overnight stays)
• Remuneration: 3200 to 3700 € gross / month (depending on experience and profile)
