Job offer : Mechanical Assembly Technician (M/F)
The role
Contract Type: CDI Location: Étampes area (91) Job Essentials: Join an innovative SME specialized in vacuum handling solutions (gripping systems). As an Assembly Technician, you will ensure the mounting and assembly of small mechanical units (grippers) intended for automated industrial applications. This is a meticulous workshop position that does not require machine operation, but great rigor in adjustment and control. Your Main Missions: Assembly and Mounting: Assemble the various components of the grippers (small mechanical units) according to plans and technical instructions. Perform necessary adjustments to ensure proper product operation. Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Identify and report defects or non-conformities and propose corrective solutions. Maintenance and Improvement: Ensure regular maintenance of production equipment and participate in preventive maintenance. Keep production tracking sheets up to date and be a driving force for continuous improvement. Working Conditions: Day shifts: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Remuneration and Benefits: Fixed Salary: From SMIC to €34,000 gross annual (over 13 months), depending on profile and experience. Performance Bonuses: Two annual bonuses (linked to company results and individual performance). Benefits: 13th month.
The profile we're looking for
Tab 2: The Candidate Profile Sought: Education: Bac+2 level (BTS/DUT) in Mechanics, Electrotechnics, or Industrial Maintenance. Experience: You have previous successful experience in mounting and assembling mechanical components. Knowledge of gripping systems is a plus. Technical Skills: Mastery of reading and interpreting technical plans. Ease with the use of assembly and measurement tools. Personal Qualities: Rigor, precision, autonomy, and ability to work in a team with a constructive mindset.
