The role
The Essentials of the Position
Join an innovative and fast-growing SME, specializing in the design and manufacture of advanced laser technologies. As part of the capacity increase of our production line, we are recruiting a Wafer Production Technician. You will actively participate in the realization of the various production stages to form and metallize lasers in a cleanroom.
Your Main Missions
Cleanroom Manufacturing
Carry out various vacuum depositions (Plasma, sputtering, evaporation) and perform measurements of deposited thicknesses by profilometry.
Ensure the etching of the various deposited layers (ionic and chemical).
Proceed with thinning (lapping and polishing) as well as chemical cleaning.
Quality Monitoring
Contribute to the quality of delivered products by rigorously completing production monitoring tools.
Participate in the success of the workshop by respecting quality, safety procedures, and the production schedule.
Working Conditions
Work in a cleanroom environment.
Position with staggered hours (2x8).
Based on 36h30 per week.
The profile we're looking for
Profile Sought
Training: You hold a scientific qualification at Bac+2 or Bac+3 level in Materials Science, Chemistry, or Physical Measurements.
Technical Skills
You ideally have knowledge in handling semiconductor wafers.
Good command of the use of chemical products (acids/solvents).
Soft Skills: You demonstrate great manual dexterity, autonomy, and initiative. Willing and rigorous, you enjoy teamwork.
