Multi-technical Maintenance Technician (M/F)

The role

Reporting to our maintenance agency based in Pessac, you will ensure independently the preventive and corrective maintenance of the first level on all technical lots of one or more sites (tertiary or industrial).

Your main missions

Multi-technical maintenance & troubleshooting: Ensure maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment (LV), plumbing, locksmithing, and finishing works.

HVAC installation monitoring: Perform first-level maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installations (filters, refills, readings).

Management of intervention requests: Handle daily requests from site users with responsiveness.

Monitoring & Reporting: Record your interventions in the CMMS tool, write reports, and escalate necessary quotes or improvement works.

Safety: Ensure compliance with safety rules and accompany regulatory control bodies during their visits.

The profile we're looking for

Education & Experience: Technical education (Electrotechnics, Building Maintenance, etc.), you have at least 3 years of successful experience in a similar position.

Technical skills: Proven versatility in building finishing works, with strong basic competence in electricity. Up-to-date electrical authorizations (BR/BS).

Soft skills: Customer service orientation, autonomy, rigor, responsiveness, and good interpersonal skills.

Driving license B: Mandatory (for itinerant positions or travel to client sites).
