The role
Actual group is looking for a recruitment manager (M/F) to join our team in Machecoul-St-Même (44) on-site at one of our clients.
This position involves ensuring relations with the client and temporary workers, as well as taking charge of the entire recruitment process.
After theoretical training, you will join our agency hosted at our client's premises.
As a recruitment manager (M/F), your main missions will be as follows
- Analyze client needs by taking orders and conducting job studies.
- Sourcing strategy by sourcing candidates internally and externally, anticipating client needs, and facilitating collective recruitment sessions.
- Delegation and loyalty of our temporary workers by recruiting, welcoming, ensuring their health and safety, building professional training paths, and ensuring mission follow-up.
- Support your colleagues on legal issues related to labor law.
- Administrative management of temporary workers by managing their administrative file, establishing their employment contract, and ensuring the link with the management center.
- Client loyalty by ensuring personalized follow-up, developing proactive actions, and proposing adapted advice.
The profile we're looking for
For the recruitment manager (M/F) position, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications
- We are looking for professionals with an education level corresponding to a Bac +2 in BTS, DUT, or equivalent with commercial aptitude.
- In addition, 2 years of professional experience in a similar role is required for this on-site position.
- We are looking for a motivated, organized person with excellent interpersonal skills.
