Job offer : Bakery Maintenance Manager (M/F)

Our engineering team supports its client, in the field of commercial refrigeration/pastry and bakery, in the recruitment of its future Bakery Equipment Maintenance Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI).

• Start date: as soon as possible
• Location: Saint-Evarzec

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

• Supervision and support of the technical team (6-7 technicians)
• Task distribution and definition of priorities
• Organization of internal and external interventions
• Management and organization of schedules for after-sales service and installation technicians
• Booking appointments for customer interventions
• Implementation of the on-call schedule
• Monitoring of the after-sales vehicle fleet
• Supervision of maintenance operations
• Training of new hires
• Project management
• Coordination of service providers and suppliers
• Budget, deadline, and quality monitoring
• Safety management

With a background in refrigeration, you have initial experience in managing technicians.

• Expected skills: mastery of equipment, tools, and technical processes
• Personal qualities: organization, interpersonal skills, decision-making
• Proposed remuneration: 37 - 45K€
