The profile we're looking for
With a higher education degree, ideally as an engineer, you have approximately 10 years of experience in an industrial and technical environment, ideally in the sectors of engines, propulsion, automotive, maritime, chemistry, fuels, or biofuels.
Fluency in English is essential.
You possess a solid technical and industrial culture, allowing you to understand the challenges related to the development, qualification, and industrialization of complex products. Experience in the world of engine manufacturers, industrial or marine engines is a real asset.
Beyond your technical expertise, you have developed a real ability to take a step back on market and product issues: competition analysis, identification of opportunities, roadmap construction, and anticipation of technological and regulatory changes.
You are also comfortable in a business development and technical-commercial dimension. You know how to identify opportunities, develop a network of partners, exchange with technical and industrial interlocutors, and carry a convincing approach to potential clients and partners.
You are recognized for your leadership, your ability to unite, and your tenacity. In a complex and cross-functional environment, you know how to move subjects forward, challenge the status quo, and mobilize technical teams around a common vision.
Autonomous and endowed with a strong analytical capacity, you appreciate environments where you have to build, structure, and move the lines. Your ability to combine strategic vision, technical understanding, and business orientation will be decisive for success in this newly created position.
A location in Sorgues is preferred to promote proximity to industrial and technical teams. The position can also be based in Paris and involves occasional travel, particularly to Orléans.
