Job offer : Temporary Staffing and Inclusion Agency Manager (M/F)

We are looking for our ERGOS agency, an inclusion subsidiary of the ACTUAL group, for a Branch Manager (M/F) for the creation of its ERGOS temporary staffing and inclusion agency in Sarcelles.

Under the responsibility of the Area Director, you will have full responsibility for your agency and will be the guarantor of its commercial and social development. You will manage your activity with complete autonomy and make strategic decisions to achieve your objectives, while promoting the professional integration of people far from employment.

Your main missions

Driving company strategy and social commitment

• Represent and deploy the ACTUAL offer and brand, with a specific approach to integration through economic activity (IAE). Build and implement an agency project in line with the economic and social challenges of the territory.
• Work in close collaboration with employment and integration stakeholders (France Travail, Mission Locale, PLIE, specialized associations).
• Identify and support audiences eligible for IAE by offering them adapted paths.

Profit center management

• Manage and develop the activity while guaranteeing the profitability of the agency, in compliance with the group's procedures and strategic commitments.
• Ensure rigorous monitoring of financial performance and indicators related to integration (duration of paths, positive exit rates, social support).

Commercial development and partnerships

• Design, manage and monitor all commercial and recruitment actions of the agency.
• Develop a client portfolio, by raising awareness among companies about integration mechanisms and promoting the skills of the candidates supported.
• Establish a solid network with the economic and social partners of the territory.

Team management and social support

• Manage your team by instilling a dynamic of performance and collaboration.
• Support your employees in the development of their skills and their commitment to integration.
• Monitor and guarantee appropriate support for temporary workers in the process, in connection with integration officers and social partners.

Profile sought

• CIP TITLE MANDATORY
• At least 5 years of experience in a commercial and managerial role, ideally in a temporary staffing agency and/or in integration.
• Knowledge of IAE mechanisms and local employment and integration stakeholders.
• Strong commercial sense, autonomy, organization and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Social fiber and commitment to supporting people far from employment.
