Job offer : Industrialization Pilot Level 1 (M/F)

Reporting to the Industrialization Manager, you will coordinate the industrialization of new products to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives. You will also participate in the establishment of manufacturing ranges.

Your main missions will be:

. Analyze and synthesize technical files transmitted by the sales department

. Lead industrialization projects by ensuring compliance with milestones, budgets, and deadlines

. Define and formalize manufacturing procedures and associated technical data

. Coordinate activities related to manufacturing in collaboration with production teams and support services

. Act as an interface with clients and participate in the creation of technical deliverables

. Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes while ensuring product quality compliance

. Seek the best technical solutions by reconciling client requirements, industrial performance, and costs

. Ensure internal and external reporting of assigned projects

. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and industrial projects of the site

What we will like about you. Technical training at Bac+2 level in industrial engineering, mechanics, or production;. First successful experience in an industrial environment, ideally in aeronautics;. Good knowledge of machining processes, metallic materials (aluminum, titanium, etc.), and associated treatments;. Knowledge of ERP/GPAO tools and mastery of office software;. Sense of organization, rigor, and analytical capacity;. Interpersonal skills allowing effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
