Job offer : CNC Operator / Setter (M/F)

The Actual Chazelles-sur-Lyon agency is looking for an Experienced CNC Operator / Setter (M/F) for its client located in the Monts du Lyonnais area.

Missions:

• Preparation, setting, and operation of machine tools: reading blueprints, mounting and setting parts/tools, compliance with machining sequences, cutting speeds, and allocated times, for single parts or series.
• Quality control and self-inspection: dimensional and visual verification at each stage, filling out self-inspection sheets, identification/isolation of non-conforming parts, and drafting non-conformity reports.
• First-level maintenance and upkeep: cleaning the workstation and the machine, organizing tools, and keeping equipment in good working order.
• Safety: strict wearing of PPE (glasses, shoes, gloves, ear protection), compliance with handling rules (condition of slings), and reporting safety deviations.

Job conditions:

• Full-time temporary contract from Monday to Friday
• 2-shift schedule (morning: 6 AM - 2 PM / afternoon: 2 PM - 10 PM)
• Start date: As soon as possible
