Job offer : Printing Operator (M/F)

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will ensure the cutting and finishing of printed or neutral plastic or paper film reels, in compliance with manufacturing orders, quality standards, and deadlines:

• Setup and preparation: Mount tools, adjust cutting/unwinding parameters, and prepare the slitter according to technical specifications.
• Line operation: Feed the machine with raw materials, monitor the cutting process.
• Quality control: Check the visual appearance, dimensional compliance, and absence of printing or material defects.
• First-level maintenance: Ensure regular cleaning of the workstation and report any mechanical or technical anomalies.

Position based in Sautron, 3-shift schedule from Monday to Friday: 5 AM - 1 PM / 1 PM - 9 PM / 9 PM - 5 AM, Remuneration: hourly rate to be defined according to profile.

Experience: First successful experience in a position as an operator on a cutting machine or in line operation in the plastics, printing, or packaging manufacturing industry.

Soft skills: Rigor, precision, autonomy, and team spirit.

Technical skills: Good reading of manufacturing orders and ease with precision measurements.
