Job offer : Aeronautical sealing operator (M/F)

Reporting directly to the production department and working from manufacturing files, you will be responsible for the sealing and finishing of parts:

Surface preparation: cleaning, sanding, and treatment.

Technical application: applying sealing joints and coating rivets.

Finishing: brush painting work.

Monitoring & Quality: performing quality checks, filling out traceability documents.

Safety: rigorous compliance with safety standards at the workstation.

Internal on-the-job training. Position based in Bouguenais from Monday to Friday. 2x7 shift schedule: 5:00 AM - 12:00 PM / 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM (20-minute break). Remuneration: 12.31€ / hour + 6.30€ meal allowance / day + Variable production and attendance bonuses.
