Job offer : Molder (M/F)

Are you looking for a stimulating opportunity within a dynamic team? Actual is recruiting a Molder (M/F) in La Forêt-Fouesnant (29940) for a 3-month mission.

Your daily tasks

As a Molder, you will work in a technical environment where your precision will be your greatest asset. You will be in charge of the meticulous demolding of small molds and will proceed with the assembly of pipes by following a detailed plan. You will manage your casting and demolding cycles independently, while scrupulously respecting the necessary drying times.

The ideal profile

You are a manual, organized person with great attention to detail. This position requires good physical resistance to ensure prolonged standing and handling of loads (carrying 35 kg, pushing/pulling 60-70 kg). You are not afraid of heat and know how to work independently after complete initial training.

The work rhythm is structured around casting and demolding cycles, allowing you to organize your days efficiently.

To excel as a Molder (M/F), you demonstrate great technical rigor and excellent manual dexterity to ensure the compliance of the produced parts.

The ideal candidate ideally possesses initial experience in an industrial environment, which allows them to master molding processes and strict adherence to safety instructions.

We are looking for a person with a strong team spirit and the ability to precisely follow demanding manufacturing protocols.

A CAP or Bac Pro degree in plastics or foundry is a major asset, although your motivation and ability to learn are at the heart of our recruitment process.
