About the client:At Actual Talent, a consultancy specialized in professional recruitment, we collaborate with major organizations in the healthcare sector to identify and incorporate medical talent.

We are looking for Specialist Doctors (M/F) from different clinical areas, interested in developing their professional career in hospitals, clinics, and reference health centers at a national level.

We are looking for professionals committed to clinical excellence, patient care, and working in multidisciplinary teams.

Main functions

• Care, assessment, diagnosis, and follow-up of patients within their specialty.

• Indication and interpretation of diagnostic tests and treatments.

• Coordination with other professionals and healthcare services.

• Participation in prevention, health promotion, and quality of care improvement activities.

• Compliance with clinical protocols and patient safety standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Medicine.

• Medical specialty recognized in Spain, through MIR or corresponding homologation.

• Professional registration or eligibility to register.

• Previous experience in hospital, clinical, or healthcare environments is valued.

• Communication skills, patient orientation, and teamwork ability.
