Job offer : Regional Technical Service Manager (M/F)
The role
Reporting to the Management, you will ensure technical and operational coordination in the field. In this capacity, you will manage, lead, and develop a team of mobile technicians as well as a technical service assistant in charge of scheduling.
As a guarantor of service quality, you will ensure compliance with client commitments, both in terms of deadlines and quality of intervention, throughout your region. You will also contribute to achieving budgetary objectives and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your missions
You will lead your team with high standards and commitment: organization of activity, definition and monitoring of objectives, support for employees, and participation in recruitment.
You will optimize the economic performance of the department by ensuring the efficiency of resources and the quality of services delivered.
As a technical reference, you will guarantee the reliability of operations, the proper management of material resources, and compliance with safety standards.
This position offers a central role, at the crossroads of management, operational performance, and technical expertise.
The profile we're looking for
You hold a 2-year higher education degree (Bac+2) and have proven experience in field team management.
You are proficient in IT tools, particularly Excel and Power BI.
As a local manager, you are recognized for your exemplary behavior, your pedagogical sense, and your ability to unite.
Knowledge of sales methods would be appreciated to effectively support technicians in their collaboration with sales teams. Experience in the chemical sector is an asset.
Scope and organization You will operate in a perimeter covering Rennes, Limoges, and Toulouse, managing a team of 6 people spread between the Grand South-West and the West.
