• You will support and advise employees, guiding them in administrative aspects to foster a serene work environment;
• You will collaborate closely with the Store Manager and managers to manage the operating account, adjusting resources according to operational needs;
• By bringing your HR skills, you will support the director in HR and managerial decisions;
• You will be in charge of the store's administrative management: payroll processing, personnel management, basic accounting management, headcount monitoring, monitoring of the depot's results and expenses...;
• You will ensure compliance with internal/external legal rules and obligations.
