Job offer : Supplier Quality Inspector (M/F)

Within the Data & Process department, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of purchased products (product and documentary quality).

Main missionGuarantee the compliance of purchased products, both in terms of product and documentary quality, from the order to the final delivery.

Your responsibilities:

• Supplier support

• Support and develop the skills of selected suppliers (technical and quality aspects)
• Provide support on codes and the drafting of quality documents

• Anticipation & continuous improvement

• Identify risks of supplier malfunctions
• Request and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive action plans

• Compliance control

• Verify the compliance of ordered equipment (quality, technical, deadlines) until delivery
• Ensure compliance with CQEXT (external quality control) requirements

• Inspection management

• Organize and manage inspections at supplier sites
• Systematically write inspection reports
• Manage notifications and CSI hold points according to project requirements
• Organize customer inspections and accompany supplier visits

• Contractual monitoring & performance

• Plan the actions necessary to meet contractual commitments (quality, deadlines, costs)
• Communicate detected deviations to project teams (duty to warn)

• Anomaly management & support

• Analyze specific supplier requests and ensure their internal processing
• Initiate curative actions and support the resolution of anomalies
• Provide support to buyers in case of disputes

• Quality documentation

• Collect and validate quality documentation provided by suppliers
• Verify acceptance dossiers in accordance with order requirements

• Continuous improvement

• Support the Supplier Quality Assurance Manager in monitoring corrective actions
• Participate in supplier performance reviews

What we are looking for in you

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• IWS/IWT or IWE qualification required
• Knowledge of EN 1090 RCC-M construction codes
• Operational English
• Rigor, attention to detail, and analytical mind
• Good understanding of quality and technical requirements
• Ability to interact with suppliers and project teams
• Autonomy and sense of responsibility

• Remuneration between 50K€ and 60K€ over 13 months, scalable according to profile
• Frequent travel to be expected (2 times per month for 4 days)
